Meet Cohen-ita

I get a phone call from Stu...he picked up Cohen tonight after work. He said "wait until you see Cohen's outfit...it's pretty awesome". I just figured he had a massive poo poo and Marie (the babysitter) put him in his extra outfit. Well...I was partly right. Cohen did have a blowout...BUT...he had two massive poo poo's and the only outfit she had to put on him was this one:

It had ruffle sleeves too!  He doesn't make a bad looking little girl. Now I understand why sometimes people think he is a girl...he's pretty =)

Cohen at 4 Months

Oh Cohen…you are quite the talker. Mommy and Daddy have no idea what you are saying but you just talk and talk and talk and talk. I’ve been told by Gramps that your daddy talked just as much as you do. When we turn the music on in the car we think you try to sing along…we are not sure…maybe you are yelling at us to turn it off. When I picked you up from daycare you talk up a storm. I ask about your day and I’m pretty sure you are trying to tell me how it was.

Here are some fun things about you this month:

- You have discovered the dogs…and you LOVE them. They DO NOT love you…yet. When the little furry one (Pedro) gets close you reach out and grab his fur and hold on for dear life. If you are on the floor Pedro tries to avoid you.
- You love Bosco (Boston Terrier) too. When you see him you just starting laughing and kicking your feet. You laugh a big deep belly laugh. Bosco just looks confused.
- You roll over from your back to your belly, but not from your belly to your back.
- You started sleeping on your stomach and it scares me to death.
- You love when dad takes a cup and pours it on your belly in the tub.
- You love being naked…you stand all proud when your diaper is off.
- You love being outside and going on walks.
- When you are hungry you mean business.
- You can’t fall asleep without your nooney (pacifier)
- When I go to pick you up from Marie’s house (your babysitter) all the little kids run over and point to you. It is hilarious.
- You had your first ear infection
- You went to Indiana for Easter.

My Little Man....

I just love this guy so much...he is so sweet. Stu and I took some photos in our bedroom last night with Cohen and they turned out amazing.

This picture describes how I felt the entire day...so happy and so grateful for my family.

I love my boys!

Mother's Day

My first Mother's Day was great. I got a new bike and a really great picture/card from Cohen. We went to my favorite place in New Orleans...City Park. The botanical gardens are just stunning right now so we decided that would be the perfect spot for some pictures. Cohen was in a great mood...my day couldn't have been better. Here are a few pictures from our shoot:

MAMA'S NEW RIDE!

I got a new bike for Mother's Day. Gramps & Mimi (Don & Teri) bought Cohen a bike wagon (I'm not real sure what it is called) and we hooked it up to my new bike and headed to the park late Saturday afternoon. Goodness am I out of shape...pulling Cohen wore me out. Here are some pics...I look like such a dork HA!!  We had a blast watching Cohen's look of confusion the entire time he was in his bike wagon??

Garage Sale

Stu and I had a garage sale on Saturday. We got up EARLY on Saturday and set up. Boy did we have a lot of stuff to get rid of. We live in a prime location for a garage sale and we had tons of people stop in and check out what we had. Here are a few pics:

The sale started at 9AM and we had people showing up at 8:45AM. I was in the house making us some coffee and Stu was selling his heart out. When I made it outside to help out I realized Stu had gotten excited...forgot the prices we talked about and was practically giving our stuff away for free...I had to regulate LOL!!  (Stu sells playstation2 and 5 games for $10...Andrea sells playstation2 and 1 game $25). I told him we have to make some money. We made an unbelievable $977 at our garage sale. It was a GREAT day. All the stuff we didn't sell was donated. Because of Stu's job we move A LOT and hauling this stuff with us every time we move is a big pain in the butt...so we were happy to see it go.
